About Copyhound
Copyhound exists because people who sell what they make keep finding it given away for free, and finding out late.
It was built by a course creator who searched for his own course and found it on download sites, in forums and resold by strangers. Looking by hand takes hours and misses most of it. Services that do it for you are priced for publishers, not for one person with a handful of products.
Copyhound does the looking every day and shows its reasons. It searches the way someone hunting for a free copy would, reads each page it finds, and tells apart a copy from a review, a coupon page or your own listing. A result is only called a likely copy when something that is yours is on the page: your name, your lesson names, your cover.
It does not act in your name. A removal notice is a legal statement, so Copyhound writes it and you send it. A score is never shown as a certainty, and one click tells us when we got it wrong.
